If you email us straight away at info@cadenshae.co.nz, we will do our best to accommodate any changes.

Shipping: 

We ship WORLDWIDE from our New Zealand Warehouse. 

Estimated DISPATCH times:

Same day or next business day (Monday – Friday excluding public holidays). Unless your order is a pre-order, (see item description for dispatch date). 

You can find your country and shipping rates below. The website you can order from is noted in brackets (.com or .com.au etc) and can be selected by using the drop-down at the top right-hand side of the page. When you place an order, an extra charge will be added to the total purchase price for shipping.

FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE: We reserve the right to send an alternate free gift if stock isn't available. E.g. If 3 pack of black socks aren't available the crew sock might be sent instead.

We understand what it's like to shop online, that's why we offer a FULL 90 DAYS returns policy (from the date your order was placed).

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you. Let's face it, you've likely got enough on your plate right now, either being heavily pregnant or adjusting to life with a newborn. We don't want you stressing about making contact within the first few days of receiving your order or trekking down to the local post office with a new baby just to get your order sent back on time!

We offer FREE RETURNS* on New Zealand orders! So take your time, try them on and if you do need to return an item, simply lodge your return using the link above and send it back to us using the label included with your order.

CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE RETURN LABLES.

You will need to return them at your own cost.

  • You can reuse the courier bag your items came in. 
  • When sending your item/s back, please ensure your return form is filled out and included in your parcel. (If it's not included, your return processing time will be delayed.)
  • Please ensure you follow the return instructions, or your order will automatically be processed as a store credit.
  • Please ensure items are in their original packaging, unwashed and unworn, tags attached and no marks or damage to the items. If your return contains a bra please make sure you send back the bra extender otherwise you will be charged for this item.
  • No need to attach a receipt, we've got all the details we need online. Yay for technology!
  • Please note only one free returns label per order.

Cadenshae reserve the right to NOT accept the return of the following items:

  • *Any item of clothing that has been returned without the tags or has been washed. 
  • *Any items that have been worn.
  • *Any items purchased in a charitable collaboration.
  • *Any clearance items, gift sets, mystery bags, underwear, socks, baby bodysuits, baby swaddles, hair accessories.
  • *Any items purchased at discount, during a sale, or a promotion are not eligible for a REFUND, they are eligible for a Store Credit only. Store credit will be issued for any items that are returned for a refund. 
  • We will only issue ONE return label per order. If you lose your label you will be responsible for return shipping. 
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE FREE RETURN LABLES. You will need to return them at your own cost.
  • *All discounted swimwear is final sale. 
  • *Any gift card or voucher.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Exchanges will incur a shipping fee of $8 or $12 if international which is used to cover the shipping of the new item out to you. 
  • All orders are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse
  • We only allow one free shipping (NZ) return per order excluding clearance items which will not be eligible for free returns.
  • If you are returning an order where you received a free gift and your order now falls under the free gift threshold, you MUST return your gift with your order.
  • Free return labels are not issued for orders that are final sale.
  • If you’re returning an item because it doesn’t fit, and are unsure of what size you should order, please use our size guide for help or email us at info@cadenshae.co.nz your measurements and we can recommend the best size. 
  • We will refund the full price of your item/order excluding the cost of your original shipping. 
  • If you are returning your item as a result of our error (or you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • When returning an item for a refund and the original order is now under the threshold for free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If you have taken advantage of a buy one, get x% off promotion. The discounted or free item will apply to the cheapest item/s.
