NEW RETURN SYSTEM
Please follow the instructions below to process your return order exchange.
- Please fill out the form that came with your order. If this is not filled out we will not be able to process your return.
- EXCHANGE REQUEST: If you are wanting an exchange, please state clearly what you would like as your exchange item including style, size and colour. Once we receive your order back we will send you an email with an invoice to cover the $7 return shipping back to you and any difference in cost. NOTE: If your order was placed during a sale you will not be charged any extra in product price for the exchange, only the shipping. If we are low in stock in the items you want, we suggest you place your order right away and request a refund instead. We will honour a refund in this instance. Please note this on your form.
- RETURN: If you are wanting to return your item please note on the form what you are returning. PLEASE NOTE if your item was purchased using a discount code or on sale you will only be eligible for a store credit. Alternatively if you have purchased at full price you will have the choice of refund or store credit. If you choose a store credit option you will receive an extra 10% store credit value.
- Tear off the sticker on your pink courier bag, place goodies inside and use the free return courier label that came with your order. Drop at local post office or give to NZPost courier if they are already at your house/place of work.
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order. The more details you provide on your return form the better.
